"We had a wonderful stay at the ParkRoyal Serviced Suites. The location is very walkable with many restaurants nearby including Yaki Soul around the corner which was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and look forward to our next visit at ParkRoyal."

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Everything was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was amazing very close to surya shopping mall. View of petronas tower from the room and terrace was beautiful. Good amenities. I would recommend this place and would like to come back."

"We love our stay at The Ascott Star KLCC and would definitely recommend the hotel. Facilities are great, the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are great, they have a fully equipped gym and a second swimming pool in the 6th floor, views to the Petronas Towers and the rooms are large with everything you would need to feel just like home. Above all else, the staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "

"Loved the location. It’s literally just across the road from KLCC. It was great for shopping , dining and hailing a Taxi. The room was spacious and the pool upstairs had a great view. We loved it and would love to return again. "

"We stayed 8 nights in a 2 Bedroom Premium Suite which was serviced daily by housekeeper Hussin. He was very good, very attentive, checking if everything was ok I was extremely pleased with his service and happy personality. Our room included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and one lounge room. I especially liked the washer/dryer in the suite for my long stay. All rooms had a city view. "It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

"I like the environmental concerns of this property. Filtered water tap is provided in each room so no plastic drinking water. Walking distance to all major malls in Bukit Bintang area. New and modern. Easy self parking and the parking charges is only RM2.20 per day. Good shower pressure and temperature setting. Easy to Grabs with pick up location right at the lobby area. The location is away from traffic jam right in front of Pavillion Mall street. "

"We've been staying at the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur since 2017, and it remains our go-to for its outstanding value and prime location. It's a solid 4-star establishment with comfortable, clean rooms. What sets it apart is its proximity to KLCC—just a short walk or a quick, complimentary buggy ride away. For runners like me, it's perfectly situated; I never miss a chance to fit in a 10 km run around the beautifully maintained KLCC Central Park, which also links to safe bike lanes for some city freestyling early in the morning. A heads-up about breakfast: the service can get crowded during peak hours from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. To avoid a rush and start your day smoothly, I recommend heading to the 5th-floor restaurant before 7:30 AM. The staff is incredibly friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience at Traders. "
