"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It felt loke home. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer with detergent in the unit. We couldn't have asked for more!"

"Incredible stay, incredible staff, incredible professional security in and outside of building. Company I booked with needs a 24 hour attendant. You should and can charge more per night for the units. Staff works hard and is appreciated for their long hours. The netflix and Amazon prime is a huge bonus. Could stay here for a month! "Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."

So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). "For the price I paid compared to other hotels, I was surprised to see how clean, convenient and nice the hotel was. Room size is not so big but everything is placed so thoughtfully that it doesn’t feel small and bed is king size and comfortable. Also they have the coziest and artsy environment at lobby and lounges where you can hang out with books and computers. Colors and arts are done tastefully and ℹ definitely loved the ambience and staffs . Tony who I assume to be head of regional managers or is one was there. He was super hospitable, friendly and helpful. We will come back there again. "
