Our room faced the plaza and the lights from the billboards made sleeping difficult. The noise from wherever the music was coming from (I was on 4th floor) was disruptive. My dirty glassware was never removed from my room (I was there 8 days-and I mentioned it twice to the front desk).

We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and will continue to do so. The staff is attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items to choose from, the location is great, and the rooms are neat and clean. You can walk to/from the main railway station, major shopping areas, and numerous dining options. The direct access via elevator to the Metro station and shopping mall - which includes a large grocery store - is a major plus.

You have your FOH crewing wrong !
Posted 17 Aug 2024 on HotelsTerrible service at reception for check in and the whole stay - 2 staff and one always doing something else. Totally acceptable waits. You have your FOH crewing massively wrong !
Room temp too high and ancient air system.
Shockingly lumpy bumpy man-made material pillows made the most uncomfortable sleep- sweating and discomfort
