There was no room service, I got food poisoning from the seafood buffet on New Year’s Eve, the decking around the pool was lifting off so one had to be weary not to trip or get splinters, no pool bar to get the kids drinks or snacks, the breakfast was very expensive & defiantly not worth it

This is my second time of staying here! The rooms are spacious, with clean and nice environment. Easy to access foods and drinks!

Great Hotel in Great Area with Great Amenities
Posted 12 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe Check In process was seamless and they upgraded us to a better room. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It was within walking distance to all transportation and to many malls. Many food, vendors and restaurants just steps away. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The bathroom a great size with all the amenities included like shampoo, shower gel, and toiletries. Definitely used the water kettle for coffee and tea that was provided. Even slippers were provided, but I brought my own. There was no carpet which made it easier to move my luggage around the room. There is a 7-11 across the street to purchase water, ice cups, and your cup of noodles. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
