Quick place to rest a few hours. Motel. Checkin til midnight, but 1130 had to wake up hotel staff to checkin.

I am extremely happy with services. I felt like home. The owner is a very kind and a real gentleman. He even helped us moving with his truck. I highly recommend anyone who likes to stay at a nice place.

Great location close to TRU and is a good budget motel. Starbucks, liquor store, supermarket, etc all within walking distance.

Would not recommend. Sliding door into our room on 2nd floor did not lock Bathroom was not clean Reception clerk didn’t speak enough English for basic communication.

Check in was good and staff were super kind, but the AC didn’t work and the room had a terrible fishy smell coming from the fridge

First of all it was July 2024 and kamloops is a dessert. Air conditioning was not on in our room upon arrival and our room was unbearably hot as it was 44° outside. Air conditioner started and was not blowing very hard, we went and bought a fan which helped slightly. Had a horrible night trying to sleep in the heat of the room. Toilet stopped flushing. We booked 3 nights and left after the first night because it was so unbearably hot we felt sick and had to leave. The room was okay for cleaning and the water pressure for the 50 cold showers we took was excellent. You can tell the owners are trying there best but honestly we put air conditioning as one of search criteria and this hotel came up and that's a lie, that Itty bitty air conditioner could not even cool a small double queen room. If I can save one person the annoyance of a unbearably hot hotel room in a dessert town i hope this post does that! What a waste of a perfectly good weekend and my money as we didn't get a refund, as we paid upfront when we arrived (big mistake). It's cheap but not worth it!!!

The staff was amazing and so kind, especially when we did a late check in. He was beyond helpful, made sure our room was all good to go when we got there and let us know what was open food wise in case we didn’t eat dinner yet.
