Was unable to control the heat in our room, so it was very chilly for the whole stay.

I did not like the unknown policy of having to give notice if a guest decides to shorten their stay (in my case, although I told the hotel well before the check out time that I was leaving I had to pay for an additional night that I would not be in the hotel because apparently there is a requirement for prior notice.

Okay property, reception staff were great but restaurant staff not so good.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was very spacious and cozy. Staff was great. I will definitely be staying again.
