Quiet. Reasonably priced. Elevator & TV worked. Nice sheets, pillows with comfortable bed. Safe, secure. Good parking.

The hotel is great! The hotel like many others in Kamloops are unfortunately booked with drunk and irresponsible parents and their dumb unsupervised children.
It makes the facilities hard to use if you are not a drunk and stupid parent. Unfortunately they are everywhere.
However, the hotel was quick to remedy the situation when those parents decided to overtake the facilities and dump their children to run wild.
Overall, much better than the coast. Which did nothing when confronted with the same issue.
