The room next to ours was noisy and the hotel would not do any for us because we had booked through expedia

Confirmed multiple times on the phone that the hotel had received everything needed for us to have a credit card on file. When showing up I was told that there was no credit card on file 15 minutes after I had checked in with no problems and already had my room key. I then had to deal with an employee that was pretty hard to work with for hours before resolving the issue . Other than that every employee was great, also that restaurant and bar has good drinks and food.

It was unfortunate to have limited access in and out of the property due to road construction

Nice hotel that is very central. Room okay. Nice pool and spa area but didn't have time to use it unfortunately. I did feel the that it wasn't very welcoming however. The lady on reception was quite short and didn't really give us much information about the hotel. We then ended up walking around a little lost to see what was what and where things were. No information in the room either. Just could have been a little more welcoming. The chap that checked us out was really nice however.
