Paradise. Great service, treated like Kings and Queens especially from Jan - she was awesome. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious, facilities are endless including a tailor... beach with perfect views just to top it all off. Would love to return! (M from room 2114)

We had a great stay for 3 nights. We will definitely stay at Thavorn next time we will be in Phuket!

Overall an average experience. The property is very outdated. Bed/pillow sheets have stains on them. Room feels too humid and has molds on the ceiling. On the good side. The scenery is very beautiful. Food is good and the staffs are nice. Kids really enjoyed the pool access room and the petting zoo but we won’t consider this hotel again unless they do a full renovation.

Such an amazing, peaceful experience here!! Cannot rave about this place enough. So beautiful, such friendly staff, was so sad to leave!! Breakfast was amazing - great restaurants for dinner options too. Everyone was just so nice and welcoming we absolutely loved our stay.

Not impressed that much, we won’t come back

The hotel need to pay attention much more in details according to the bathroom function for example our bathroom got block all the time after had a shower; the water run very slow and the smell of the toilet. The hotel beach was lovely but cannot swim as there were so much rocks! The garden was beautiful but there were lack of vibrant colour from flowers! We ordered some foods from the restaurant and two Thai dishes was disappointed 😔 but the burger was delicious. The breakfast was ok; the only good thing was coffee and fruits. Overall it was ok but we won’t come back.
