I spent so much time trying to find the perfect hotel for this next part of our honeymoon. We were so disappointed. I understand that we are in a different country that speaks a different language, but you’d think since English is the most commonly spoken among everyone, and this is such a high-end hotel, that they would hire people who speak English. Nobody did. Nobody understood what we were trying to say. Basic requests like getting a taxi to a specific bar right down the street, weren’t understood. Once we got to our room, there wasn’t even enough toilet paper for the 2 nights we were staying, our door wouldn’t close without pulling it a certain way and slamming it (due to swelling from humidity), everything in the room felt wet and uncomfortable, the shower went from hot to cold to hot to cold, and the shower head configuration itself was unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bed outside was positively soaked. At first look, the hotel is gorgeous, but the room we had was run down and had a mildew smell to it from the moisture.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good. We asked for mimosas and they said they couldn’t serve single glasses (which makes no sense??) so we asked if we could buy the whole bottle and they said that was allowed. The breakfast staff was great. The bell boy desk completely ignored us, turned our backs on us and continued talking. We were hotel-hopping and glad to leave that place after 2 days.

Nice with a good view by the infinity pool but 1) an old resort, that needs refurb and modernization 2) a better room cleaning service is needed, as you only get your bed made and not cleaning the rest of the room/bathroom

Maintenance needs attention, inside villa with pool was lovely however the outside bits falling off, banging during night. Main pools require tiling to be done, a couple of unsafe areas.
You are far from Kamala beach, definitely not 15 mins walk, we used shuttle in and some days caught taxi back, 200baht sometimes 140 on the Indrive app. 230baht into Patong 400-500 baht back. Nice quiet place to relax and recommend the villa with plunge pool

Loved the views and the concierge guys always helpful.
Didn’t like;
- mouldy smelling rooms which was the biggest negative
- noisy air conditioning in the rooms
- bleach smell when arrived
- poor internet always disconnecting
- good not great
- unable to charge to room
Overall it was far from a 5 star experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Amazing views,great pools and above all the staff were very accomodating, friendly and professional.
The resort is walkable in distance from the main area of Kamala Beach however we mostly used the shuttle service.
Would certainly recommend for a relaxing stay for family's or couples.
