Although design of the property was nice, it was not thoughtful in its functionality. Shower glass door swung outwards, which meant wet and slippery toilet area and was always caught on the bath mat. Could use more lighting in entire hotel room. Sliding door was also heavy and difficult to access outdoor area. There was also no area to put our luggage. The king bed was two separate beds together which made it uncomfortable in the middle. The sofa is L-shaped, beware if you intend to use for sleeping. Hotel breakfast was very good for its variety and freshness.

Friendly staff, prefect to come back to our private pool after a hot day of exploring. Buffet breakfast was also excellent with fresh fruit daily.

There was a terrible smell in the room, after we told the concierge they fixed it but it happened again the day after. The staff didn’t know what is the cause of the smell.

Great location across Kamala Beach. Next to shops and restaurants. The AC wasnt working one night probably due to the power outage in the neighborhood but they quickly fixed it. Great customer service. Would recommend.

The staff is amazing a courteous. They are always willing to help with baggage and breakfast was tailored for westerners too (meaning they had something making eggs to your preference). Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back to stay again.
