I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. From the bathroom smelling of sewage, and being bitten with bed bugs I was disgusted by what I saw. In the middle of the night, unknowingly relaxing in bed I saw something moving, only to discover bed balls all over the bed frame. I had no choice but to pull the mattress away from the frame and sleep on the floor as there is no 24hr front desk. I'm now bitten all over my legs, and the owner wasn't sympathetic, just wanted me out of the room by 11am without offering any compensation for what I had gone through.

I would be easy for me to give you another room if tere is a problem but you didnt call.How i can change the situation if you not let me know??Again i am sorry for what happend and we will check it out

Beautiful area. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and modern. You have everything you need even refill of drinking water. The host and staff are extremely friendly. Will definitely go back here.

Not a good greeting when arrived, got off on the wrong foot right away.Found the owner rude and insulting to start. There for 9 nights and had never a good sleep,bed was as hard as the floor. Very busy outside our room as next to office, asked to change rooms, never granted as people kept looking in our room even though there is one-way glass we'd have people doing their hair in the window, no privacy at all. Had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Good location and mostly quiet, large clean room.

Even i not understand why people do like you told me. I looked but sad i didnt see someone doing this because than i would talk to them.And yes, the bed i strong because we buy new matress a few month ago, but we would have topper if you asked me before.I am sorry that you didnt enjoy your stay like we want you to enjoy.Have agreat further trip and take care.Guido and the whole team

We really enjoyed our stay. It's off the main road so you get the peace and quiet. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property is very clean and kept in good condition. Staff and owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible experience, outstanding kindness from the staff and the rooms are amazing for the price. Would highly recommend if your staying in Kamala.

It was such a welcoming atmosphere. No stress, no worries. This is how a holiday should be, and this is the place to make that happen. The owner and staff are awesome, the rooms are super comfortable, and I will be a return customer.

Great stay in a central yet quiet location

I stayed at B Happy resort for two weeks and really enjoyed it. It's very centrally located, yet it's very quiet in the area. Most places in Kamala can easily be reached on foot. The rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay, will definitely be back.
