The staff/dining/spa and room were incredible.
But the property itself is starting to look a bit dilapidated. Areas that need cleaning or maintenance but more in the general upkeep sort of way. It may very well look like this just from being in such a tropical location. But our room was top notch for cleanliness and amenities

Beautiful small resort built in Thai style with amazing views. Good facilities, although a 5 minute ride to the nearest town (shuttle provided). The Thai Grand Pool Villa was incredible - spacious, private with a good sized private infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities.

Wonderful stay!
Posted 17 Apr 2024 on HotelsWonderful stay. We loved our room, the bathroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant is very reasonably priced considering how nice the hotel is. You can be shuttled around the resort and down to Kamala easily. Sunsets from the rooftop’s restaurant are phenomenal!

The room is big but old and can be cleaner. The breakfast was not good at all and they forgot to bring my husbands breakfast plate that he ordered after waiting for almost 45 minutes. My husband and I waited for 20 minutes after checking out without anyone telling us we were fine and checked out. On top of that we waiting for another 15 minutes for our taxi and guests that came after us got their cabs before us. Im pretty sure we missed our flight thanks to the front desk staff!
We should have stayed at Cape Sienna. All of this literally happened in less than 24 hours. I’m so glad we didn’t stay here for 2 weeks.
