Property was dirty, rooms were smelly & toilets run down & stained. Sanitaryware rusty not much parking space. Overall very poorly maintainedl

I was ripped off by an Expedia computing error by $180 on top of a $240 bill for this hotel.
All I get on complaining when ask for the money back is no reply sites and surveys like this
I have been with them for years...they seem to be on the down

Been there before... The sheets for the bed and pillow dirty... Carpet dirty... No fridge and no slippers for deluxe room but online states there is... No coffee also because of the economy not good but room price is still higher... Once Business runs with the price so standard amenities should still be provided...
