An Oasis!

Almost deserted beaches within 5min walk, and lovely sand at that, great cycle path going through beautiful green canopies. And the food was superb, spa staff so helpful, smiley and friendly. Loved it and will be back!

Posted 27 Jun 2020 on HotelsSedate and secluded location near to the beach. On the beautiful lawn, champagne and wine bar with tables was setup for social distancing seating. Staff wore PPE. I was impressed and appreciative of the thoughtfully implemented protection of our health.

Posted 7 Jul 2015 on HotelsWonderful hotel in lovely surroundings. Comfortable, great rooms. Great staff. Enjoyed treatment at spa (hot stone massage and facial) very much. Breakfast and dinners great. Perhaps restaurant is a little pricey.

A nice place to have a restful break
Posted 10 Aug 2011 on HotelsWe booked a deluxe room and the allocated room met most of our expectation as we had stayed in a similar hotel in France (i.e. a renovated chalet) which also was very good. We had a room in the old but well renovated chalet, but there are other rooms in a new building that do not appear in the photos on the web sit, and so our comments do not apply to those rooms.
Our room had been furnished as a Japanese room, and while it was tastefully decorated, the Japanese bed is very low, and there were no seats in the room. as a cushion was provided for sitting on!.
There was a small table and a chair to allow for computer use and writing. Otherwise the room was very good, and so was the free Internet.
We are not sure about a Japanese style room in Germany!!
Given its location in the country side, and not far from a beach, you would need a car to get to it as it is not near any transport.
The breakfast was good, and it felt like being in a good quality hotel, so it is a good 4 star hotel as claimed. Happy to stay here again.

Lage, Personal, Essen im Bistro sehr gut! Zu viele Hunde/-besitzerInnen, fragwürdige Hygienestandards! (Erst Streicheln, dann ans Buffet). Für Tierhaar-Allergiker unzumutbar, schade,

Super schöne Anlage sowie moderne und schöne Zimmer! Leider ist das Personal nicht zuverlässig auf Wünsche eingegangen. Wenig motiviert. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es kein Haar-Shampoo und auch auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption konnte mir niemand ein Shampoo organisieren. Das finde ich für die Kategorie des Hotels schon sehr traurig. Sollte auch zur Grundausstattung auf dem Zimmer gehören. Die Gastronomie ist leider sehr schlecht. Frühstück langweilig und durchschnittlich. Qualität der Spreisen Mittel bis schlecht. Für alle Gäste gibt es nur EINEN einzigen Kaffeautomaten, wodurch sich permanent eine Schlange davor bildet und alle Gäste genervt waren. Zudem ist der Kaffee nicht gut! Bin am meisten von der Gastronomie enttäuscht und vom wenig ambitionierten Personal. Wobei ich den Service im Restaurant hervorheben muss, sehr nett und der Restaurant-Leiter war auch sehr zuvorkommend.
