My stay was related to my husband's surgery. When complications came about, it was comforting to stay close to the hospital, knowing I had a safe and comfortable place to come back and forth from. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

We could not stay at this hotel as we had a horrific accident and are dealing with a child in critical condition. We contacted Expedia who contacted this hotel and they said they would not do anything regarding refunds. Heartless is one word, disgusting another word…bottom line I didn’t cancel the reservation as it was paid for and why would they deserve a double payment if someone else rented it. I will never darken their doorway!
