The staff is very friendly and the location is close to Kalibo airport.

The hotel staff falsely acused me of smoking in the room. The situation was resolved, but still a very uncomfortable experience.

Location is good, the rest is so so
Posted 10 Jun 2019 on HotelsOverall the location is good as it's just opposite the Kalibo Airport but the rest is so so. Slow check in & check out, the bed is too soft and the toilet door is broken as we cannot lock it.
