When i checked in, they said an error on thier end but i had to pay more. I paid double the amount advertised.

Again, we apologize for the technical error. It's a problem between our end and Expedia. The price for an airconditioned room good for 5 people is way too low to be priced at P850.00 only as what your original booking in Expedia has stated. Since it was a problem in our end, we gave you a huge discount for our room which is already a lot less than the original price of the room that you booked. Also, we want to make it clear that cleanliness of our room is one of our top priorities for our guests. We always double check our rooms before letting our guests in. Hence, we can guarantee that our rooms are clean and at its best condition before giving it to our guests.

Pour 80 euros nous avons eu une cave et non une chambre. Pièce aveugle en sous sol de 6 m2. Saleté de la salle de bains avec wc bouchés et poubelle pleine. Les oreillers infectes. C'est une honte. Quand vos photos ont elles ėtė prises?

Merci pour votre avis, notre chambre est propre mais comme c'est notre fête en ville, tout le monde est occupé et a oublié de vérifier la poubelle, notre lit est assez bon pour nos tarifs de chambre ordinaires mais depuis son Atiatihan et nous ne le célébrons qu'une fois par an et c'est notre super saison de pointe c'est la seule fois que nous donnons ce prix. Il y avait trop de papier de soie sur la cuvette des toilettes qui devait être placée sur la poubelle. Cette chambre est située au premier étage mais avec fenêtre et son prix est raisonnable pour Atiatihan car tous les hébergements chez nous ont un tarif plus élevé. Nous veillons toujours à ce que notre chambre soit propre et aseptisée.

OMG !!! The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. Not worth for the price of 7,800/ day. Over priced because of the festivity. Regular price is only 200/head . There were 4 of us in the room. Very small BR, shower is not working, So we used a pail and a dipper to take a bath. AC is not working properly, the matresses are thin and ordinary foam. Bed sheets are dirty and towels are very old.

Our room rate of 200 is only for the bunk beds at the rooftop for back packers only, your room is our Deluxe Room with 2 big beds and 8" thick Uratex foam. Our AC works well others ask for additional comforter.Our regular price is 2,300.00 for that room its only once a year.for super peak rate of 7800.All linens are from laundry maybe towels are not new but its clean and good. Our shower is working with enough water supply maybe they confused on where to open it. When there is power interruption water supply also cut so we put pail and dipper. Thanks for your review which give us more time for improvement.
