Got there late however was all good
Had busy 2 days did not meet owners therefore can’t comment on communication aspect

Received a lot of noise (Yelling and screaming) coming from the service station behind the cabin until early hours of the morning.
Was then woken early in the morning by the service station delivery trucks and the stench of diesel fuel being delivered.
Most of the window locks didn't work or were missing all together

Cabins were really old and uncared for, dirty and was glad to leave. Found someone elses clothes in the cupboard and a phone charger wrapped around a chair, disappointing, for the same price i could have gotten a sea view appartement on the Gold Coast
