The review is very disappointing, especially as there is no feedback as to why it was given. We are extremely proud of our accommodation and facilities, cleanliness and comfort that we provide our guests and we do address any issue that may arise at any given time. Very difficult if we are not made aware.

Awesome place to stay, staff are very nice, view is fantastic, walking distance to shops and river
