Overall, we were very happy. Check in was good, staff (led by new handyman Lawrence of Zimbabwe) great, handy to local IGA (only big store in town, bakery was temporarily closed), love the whole area.
Value for money Kalbarri, VG.
Only real gripe? The parking for our upstairs apartment was too tight as Neighbour had a typical long 'grey nomads' setup, making maneuverability not the easiest.
BBQ was good, but ground notices say 'BBQs'.

Lawrence who works at the poperty was there during our after-hours checking. He was most helpful and welcoming. He helped us get our luggage into our room with multiple trips to the car and back. His customer focus was excellent during our stay. Every business needs someone like Lawrence.

The review is very disappointing, especially as there is no feedback as to why it was given. We are extremely proud of our accommodation and facilities, cleanliness and comfort that we provide our guests and we do address any issue that may arise at any given time. Very difficult if we are not made aware.
