We were visiting my nephew at college so the location is very convenient off of the highway, it’s clean, and has the best cinnamon rolls in the morning!

We checked in and went to our room only to find that it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels on the floor, bedding a mess, etc. Got transferred to another room. When we were getting ready for bed, we went to adjust the night shades and the entire system fell down on us.

This property has taken $600 from me on top of the room charge, saying that I broke a tv in my room. My daughter and I stayed one night and definitely did not break the tv. They now have not communicated back to me, but have taken $600, without any communication, even. Claims they have an honest staff, however they are unrightfully charging me.
