I truly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very kind and professional. My room was very clean and quiet! The restaurant and bar was very nice! We had the pleasure of having Lola take care of us and she went above and beyond to tell us about Western Michigan University. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back!!

The pool was closed, the ice machine did not work, hair in the bath tub.

They changed for everything. There were two small bottles of water in the room and the charge was $2.50 per water. Breakfast was $12.50. Parking was $20. You would think that after paying $160 for a standard room you would get a few things free.

Hotel was very, very clean and our room was one of the nicest I have been in.
The area surrounding was very run down with a lot of homeless to the point that it made you feel unsafe.
