Staff was very friendly and helpful
Room was excellent beds & pillows were perfect. We had a good nites sleep
Bathroom was great
Bar staff was very friendly
Hot tub needs some love but would stay again

This is an ideal venue for our Great Lakes Gaming event. Site staff are reliably present and available. The location is clean and well-maintained. The bar is excellent, and the breakfast buffet was ideal. I look forward to arriving here every year! And, I was especially grateful that your booking manager put 2-and-2 together and provided our group with adjoining rooms, even though the reservations were made through two different online sources. Many thanks to your team for a lovely and excellent weekend!

Room had mildew in bathroom. Whole property could use a deep clean or at least a good vacumming!
