This was a nice place to stay but there were a few things to improve on. The pillows are not very comfortable, the cook did not show up the next morning for breakfast at the restaurant, and there was a stink bug in the bathroom we took care of but didn’t expect to see. The staff however was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Weird bathroom shower design, water got everywhere. The pool looked and smelled nasty, gym was clean, front desk, lobby, bar, was clean. Weird mix of modern and old hotel vibes. Good fro the price.

All of the staff were amazing! The bed was comfortable. The pull out couch was not very comfortable, but worked well for our teenager.

Room was nice, but walls are thin and you can hear everything. My husband took a shower in the morning and it was hot at first, then turned ice cold. We told the desk clerk at check out and he didn't apologize or was concerned at all. So I said, "is that normal" and he said, "it is probably because a lot of people were taking showers" We have never had that happen in other hotels.

Bathroom was in sad condition for being a relatively new property. Grout issues, pump dispensers removed from wall, sink sprayed, shower was loud... and the towel display was odd in that we had bathmats instead of handtowels. Just sloppy.
