This hotel was absolutely terrible. The parking lot was icy as hell. The tv in the room did not function and we had no hot water for showers and the sink. The floor in the bathroom felt like you were going to drop right through it. I will be contacting the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) to file a formal complaint.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I felt bad for her because she was the only one running the front desk and trying to keep up on the breakfast area. The hot food options were empty and the counters/tables needed wiped down. I would’ve loved to help her out if I could.
Our room was clean, but I came home with several bites. I think they were spider bites, not bed bugs.
This was the second time I’ve stayed here because it’s a convenient spot for visiting my son at WMU, but I will not book there again.

Decent place, breakfast was eggs and waffles and such, very clean but area outside has vagrants hanging around to sneak in side doors
