The staff was curtious & helped me ... Limited breakfast selections. The room was clean.

The bathroom was dirty, the bed linens were stained and could not tell if they were clean or not. There were dirty wash cloths between the mattress and mattress cover. There was no continental breakfast, no juices or pastries, very limited to eggs and waffles. The staff was not friendly. When we hold a training in Kalamazoo, although close to the training center, I will not use this hotel for participants to stay in.

I checked in, and went to My room on the 3rd floor, the window was open about a couple inches I could not shut it so I went to another room. I had 2 queen beds, 1 bed had white sheets 2 small pillows and a bedspread. the other bed had dingy over used sheets and a white bedspread with a stain on it. I booked the room due to a family emergency and booked it knowing it was a Baymont by Wyndham. I was very dissatisfied. The whole Hotel was ran down and poorly maintained. I would not stay there again and am cautious about booking another Baymont
