The layout of the property and the rooms are awesome. The service is terrible -- they are very nice but the service is terrible.

Disappointed!!!
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe resort itself was amazing. But the staffs are mostly unfriendliness and their hospitality was not even up to standard. They seldom have smile or greet customers. And their communication is so bad that they made many mistakes throughout our trip. We even got checkin with our suites at 5:30pm that’s absurd.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Food and drinks are pricey. But kind of expected when you stay at a property like this. I would highly recommend it!
