Place was nice itself. Stayed for 4 days amd 3 nights. During my stay i started seeing roaches and had to kill 3 of them. So wasnt happy about that.

Where do I start. It did not say on Expedia when i booked Kona Coast Resort by VR host that this is a Wyndham timeshare. This resort went by many names. When i called to confirm my stay, the resort sent me another text that said Royal Club vacations. The text also included charges for air condition but not on Expedia. We didn't know Kona Coast Resort by VR host was a timeshare until when we arrived on Friday. We found out from the manager. We had a big situation with Wyndham before.It took 2 years to get out a Wyndham timeshare. They didn't care what our family was going through. They should have been up front about this being a timeshare instead of hiding it. I showd the manager the booking from Expedia and the test i received from the resirt. The manager denied them sending the text with separate charges. We checked out 2 days later. When i asked for a receipt, my receipt said Shell Vacation Club. I don't know who that is either. It was a big disappointment especially since we came so far. They didn't give me a refund for the other days, even though Expedia representatives tried really hard. We will never stay at a Wyndham timeshare again.
