"Not quite what we expected .. lovely property, spotlessly clean, good location, good facilities e.g. fully equipped kitchen, nicely decorated But small room and noisy doing the day. also more lodgings than B&B with the owner sharing the communal space We paid for the two nights but stayed elsewhere Probably absolutely fine for others but not quite right for use, our fault really as it was our last two nights in lovely NZ and so should have booked something more appropriate"

"If you have a car this is great accommodation and value for money for people travelling with friends or family. We had a lady with mobility issues travelling with us. There are stairs at the front door and at the rear door. A hand railing would have been a great help "

For some reason there are no locks on the bathroom doors, we have raised this so hopefully they will fix it. 2. There are steps from the deck which lead directly down to the stream running beside the property and there is no gate or method to block this off, so this is high risk if you have smaller children that might decide to venture outside. 3. "Great space for the family to spread out. Would be nice to have standard tv as well as Netflix."

"Great shower and kitchen was ok. Studio is basic with minimal furniture. Main issue was the terribly soft spongy mattress which meant i couldnt sleep. Infact it gave you back ache. So be warned DO NOT stay here if you dont like a soft bed with no support."

"Plenty of room for the family with three bedrooms. But needed to be painted inside - looking very tired. Also, some areas weren't clean when we arrived. The beds needed to be pulled out and cleaned behind. We also went to get a wine glass out of the cupboard and found a smashed glass just left there in the cupboard. There was only one hand towel for a whole family and no bathmat. Also, some of the window locks were broken in one of the bedrooms and the rubbish bins outside were overflowing...

"The Hotel is close to the bus hub but on a Sunday evening, there's nothing going on around except for a few relatively empty restaurants. Wouldn't want to arrive at night. It's worse since the lobby is closed after 4:00 PM weekends. If arriving during the day, the location is convenient but I liked the location in Kilmore much better. The room is very nice and well equipped. "
