"The hotel is located in a very convenient place, and there are many noce restaurants. And the parking space was spacious. I can recommend this hotel without reservation. The only thing does not satisfy my expectation was that the facitily is rather old."

"Great choice for an overnight stay and convenient to the football stadium (which is why I stayed there). Only 3 stops away on Metro. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices."

"It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner. "

"Had a fantastic stay at The Mumum! Very clean and well kept property conveniently located close to all of the sites in the Jeonju Hanok Village. The host and hostess were so kind and helpful. A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. The hostess was ever helpful - showing us directions, calling taxis for us, and even gave us a bag of oranges and chestnuts to snack on the day we went to Naejangsan. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. "The host was so accomodating in this property, he made sure that we were fully taken care of all the time. This is my first time staying in this kind of stay so I had to get used to the hard bedding since its pretty much just a blanket on the wooden floor, but that is all a part of the experience. I would say the whole property is beautiful in design, the area is beautiful and great, and I really loved my stay here at Hanok Goeul."

"The suite room was a good size for my family of 6. The free breakfast is the same everyday with eggs, orange, and prepacked food - this did not meet our needs as we needed a more wholesome breakfast. Nonetheless, the staff were really eddicient and friendly."
