Good location but just ok.
Posted 31 Dec 2018 on HotelsIt was ok. This room was not featured at all in the pictures, the only ones you see are the one with real balconies. There was hot water but was dripping, no pressure whatsoever. The second night, the electricity was off because apparently they weren’t equipped to power the entire property.

Thanks for taking time to share your experience with us during your stay, we are happy to know and we will work on the Negative parts to improve our services. we Have a reception open 24 hours and am sure they could have helped if you complained about the water issues but thats ok, with power that happens some times in Africa and am sure you it wasn't for long since we have a standby Generator
We have different rooms at different rates so please if you book for a budget room that is half price our Deluxe dont confuse the two may be next time we will try to explain more
