The ocean view room offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, Maui Brewing Co on site and a short walk to Whaler’s village which we frequented for breakfast, snacks and convenience items.

The front staff didn't seem to be enjoying their jobs, makes one wonder about management.
The housekeeping staff were the nicest and most pleasant.
First time, after many stays in Maui, to see so many bugs in the room.

Good overall beach location and proximity to Whalers Village. Outdoor showers were broken, made it hard to rinse off sand. At check-in we learned there was a hula contest. This made the property too busy for us and the food trucks and vendor fair made it hard to enjoy our ocean view at sunset and evening.

The room was very nice. Great views of the ocean. Convenience to shops. The exterior was very run down.
Also parking garage had narrow spot.
