"I stayed in a king suite for 5 nights. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, I loved having a fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. I think my stay was well priced for all the amenities (also a pool and breakfast but I didn’t get a chance to enjoy those due to my schedule). The hotel is a great Orange County location - I spent a lot of time at Newport Beach and hopping on the 55 was very easy. I do wish the balcony was cleaner (I recognize that can be difficult w Santa Ana winds) but it would’ve been really nice if it was swept. The parking was a little confusing at first and it took a minute for me to figure out I can exit through rear gates and go directly to the lot, I think some instruction on that could be helpful and save energy/time. The staff was very kind, I felt comfortable in all aspects and - definitely would stay here again."

"We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport and overall had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable. The only negative was that I actually got a small cut while using the bathtub, which was unexpected and a little concerning. It might be worth checking the tub edges or surface to make sure they’re completely smooth and safe for guests. Other than that, everything else about the stay was great, and we enjoyed our time there. "

"The place was clean enough and literally across the street from John Wayne Airport, which was convenient but I absolutely hate nickel-and-dime charges and this place was full of them, starting with the parking fee. And when I noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room, I was told "Oh, you have a room with two double beds, so it doesn't have one" -- but I could add one for an additional fee. Ridiculous. "

"From the time I checked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who had a great attitude and welcoming spirit about her. The property was kept well and the atmosphere was family friendly. I traveled with 5 kids, my husband and myself. Everything was kept well and clean. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Buffet style and offered a kitchen staff that made additional type breakfast fresh off the griddle of course there was a wait but it does warn the times of when it’s the busiest & we so happen to go mid busy to the busiest times. Overall great place to stay, clean, family friendly, loved the indoor pool, gym and good front desk service. "

"This hotel is a dump. The staff is rude, things don’t work (ie TV, room temperature, water temperature), AND it’s in a really unsafe neighborhood. Zero security presence while displaced individuals are walking around the parking lot looking into cars. "
