"WE had a lovely stay at Good Aura. They were very accommodating with any of our requests and made the ski rental, check-in, transport to ski lift super easy. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel 3 or the 4 nights because we enjoyed the home cooked meals and it was very convenient to stay in the cozy hotel and eat and drink after a long day of skiing. "The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "
