"Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

"The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean, there was a weird humid smell in the bathrooms. Despite that, the view was amazing, totally worth the money!"

"Internet service was extremely spotty the entire time we were there. It was not reliable and constantly went in and out while we were on line. The room had some bad features particularly in the bathroom where the shower sprayed all over the floor when in use. the toilet paper holder was just hanging off of the wall not secured. Sofa bed in living area was extremely uncomfortable. Could not sit on couch comfortably to watch tv. Air conditioning was pre set and colder in one room than...

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! Overall, as 2 young couples, we will definetly be back! Thank you! "

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "
