Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice gym. Friendly & well trained staff. Great customer service. I was greeted warmly by a very professional front desk employee by the name of Didi. It is my first time in Singapore and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Also, my birthday was the same day of check out and she made sure that I didn’t leave the hotel without a proper birthday gift. Greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

A little obscure but within 10minute walking distance to nearest mall and train station. Bus station is right outside the hotel. Otherwise decent la...better than some "five star" Bangkok hotels

The hotel is fantastic. It met our needs. We had a fantastic stay. Limited dining options are not an issue as there are numerous eating places around the hotel. The only slight downside is that the pool area was a bit too deep for a young pre-schooler still learning to swim. It was also a bit on the cold side and the lack of showering facilities at the pool area meant that people had to return to their rooms to clean up.
