"The proximity to the airport meant we could quickly settle the kids down to rest from the night after a long flight, which was a great plus for us. Food at breakfast was mostly excellent, though the eggs were not to our tastes but we recognize that is subjective. Great service and hospitality from the staff from our brief interactions left a good impression on us."

"The front desk people, Rita and Kyle and two others were excellent. The morning breakfast cooks and the young woman checking your ticket. They were excellent. My room is clean and it was quiet."

"With the room size, room was surprisingly spacious due to the bed placement. The separate toilet and shower also is a good idea so that there can be 2 people using at the same time. Hotel staff also very helpful, they even volunteered to book taxi for us as we have an early flight the following day. The hotel is also walking distance to Gloria outlet mall."

"This hotel made the cancellation of my flight due to the typhoon a nice experience . First, the price was not excessively high. It was the only hotel available within 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff was very nice and spoke English which was a plus. We were told we also get complimentary dinner. What a great surprise in the middle of a storm . The hotel is different , especially the lobby. You have the dining area as well as a play room ( massage chairs, cars for kids to play , piano, you can also play tennis). The interior court was my favorite part. They had about 4-5 dogs ( mostly Shiba), very playful and friendly. It looks like they have their kennel there. The room was very clean and made the experience a positive one. They offer toiletries by the reception upon request, however the showers had shower gel and shampoo. The bed was big and comfy. They also offer water via a water dispenser by the elevator, including hot water. I highly recommend this hotel . They were even so nice to call a taxi in the morning for us. I am not sure about the area since I was not able to explore , but regarding the rooms and service - 5 stars. "
