Wifi didnt work at all. Crazy Tiny and steep steps to get to any floors. No elivater in tge second building. And just overall... not the best. I had 3 nights booked there and only stayed 1. I had to book another hotel for the other remaining 2 nights, thats how much i dodnt enjoy this hotel.

Reasonable but needs some improvements

Location and price were quite good. Layout of the room could be improved upon to declutter near the room entrance. Shower was in a wet area abd made keeping the bathroom dry almost inpossible. Very noisy other tenants but this is not really the properties fault.

There were no full towels, only hand towels. There is no shower, just a room with a shower head and a drain, which will flood the room if you’re not careful. All the electrical chords are on the floor, so if water makes it into the room it’s very dangerous. The locker room smells like mold. There are random appliances all throughout the stairway. There was no staff other than one cleaner we saw briefly. The location was convenient, but you have to walk uphill from the train station. Would not recommend.

+Hotel is in good location. - narrow corridors, stairs, not easy to get into the room - only cold watter and we managed get somebody on the reception to help us the last day of our stay. - i saw a cockroach in the room

Property and ammenities wise were alright. Staff was very really unfriendly. We asked him a few questions, he ignored and refused to answer. He even did not look us in the eye while we were talking to him. Worst service I’ve ever met in customer service.
