Good central location, but was not informed of the hotel name change and address -- causing major inconvenience of time in finding the place and cost of taxi transportation. Some hotel amenities were of poor quality. And, room was too small. On the positive, two ladies of the hotel front staff were good/helpful.

Front desk reception had a stun face, dont feel welcome on my first day, even on my check out day. The house keeping opened/shut the doors and it was very obvious that they were doing their job. Knew that on our days we wanted to sleep in late but 9am is the max you will be able to tolerate with all the banging and loud talking. Bed sheets were not changed thru out the 11 days we stayed. If you are opting long stay, they only provided you with their so call special treatment ie a banana and apple on first day. Only one small tube of shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were given each day miserably. Place is near Myeongdong eating street. Drinking/restaurants are nearby proximity. Can be quite noisy late night. We stayed on 7th floor. Room was quite dusty and we kept sneezing each time we make our bed. From Euljuki (1) subway, take exit 1.

Great location and very comfortable and clean

Great location. Easy to get to metros and airport bus service. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to all local attractions and markets. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Many coffe houses close and opposite so dont need to worry about breakfast. Would highly recommend

Convenient, cozy and clean :) there are water dispensers on every floor which is really good and free flow of bottled water at the lobby (though it was always out of stock). The area is a comfortable walking distance to Euljiro 1-ga subway and myeongdong. The area is filled with supper places so no shortage of local joints for food (and 3 convenience stores) though the area outside the hotel may get a little noisy as there are drunk groups after dinner. We had a problem with our hot water pressure and it wasn't fixed for 2 nights (really annoying) and even though the technician was really nice and apologetic and tried his best to help us - was perplexed why they didn't bother fixing it in the day when we informed them. The hotel can also order take away Nene fried chicken for a small fee and that was a really nice touch! All in all, had a good stay.
