A property that likely has a better past, however, it still exists in the past. Given the price point, I would have expected evidence of an attempt to modernize the rooms. Other properties in the area have a very worn appearance, and frankly I expected more from this hotel. Not a spoiled traveler, it just did not meet expectations.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. We are currently scheduled for an update this coming fall. That will include refresh on our lower second to sixth floors with new case goods, faster internet, also new lighting. Baranof’s location is very convenient for exploring the Downtown Juneue. Their breakfast items are very good. Overall, clean room, timely services, and comfortable stay.
