Very clean! Both desk attendants were very professional and friendly. (Thanks for recommending Lum's!) The room was not very dark as there was light shining around the curtains. The AC unit turned off/on all night and we needed it because it was warm. When the fan was turned on the room warmed up.

It was noisy and hard to sleep because of the light shining in the window! I barely got any sleep!! The bathroom door had blood drops on it so the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The towel bar was not secure in the sink area. The plugs would not hold the connection for charging my electronics. So many things wrong with this property that could be easily solved if someone were to spend a little time.
The lady that checked us out was absolutely delightful and welcoming for breakfast!!

I was traveling with my elderly mother and the desk agent, Anthony took the time to find me a comparable unit on the first floor. The room was comfortable and clean.
