Good room very clean with good kitchen facilities. Had numerous issues with check in and WiFi at the room. We were in constant communication with the Staycae gifts.
Please be aware there are no metros near by so taxis mainly!

Very bad experience
Posted 17 Mar 2022 on HotelsWe called at 2 o’clock in the morning after 7 hours flight and we greeted with extremely bad staff and very rude
They refused to give us a room as they said that mr Mohamad didn’t receive an email confirmation of our booking and made us stay for 1 hour with no reasonable explanation
So please stay away from this property at all

Posted 20 Feb 2022 on HotelsThe agent Ahmed was so miserable and unwilling to assist with anything. Appliances like refrigerator and wifi did not work and Ahmeds threats to theow my things in the trash because i was a few minutes late. Dont stay here unlees you want misery.

This apartment was clean and pleasant. Very near supermarkets etc. The representative, Kapil, was very courteous and willing to help in any way he could. I think overall this was very good value for money.

They stole my deposit
Posted 20 Dec 2021 on HotelsReally bad experience : the room was fine but that’s it. The service is terrible. When we arrives we asked the reception to have the key card, he didn’t want to give us the key because we didn’t have any room number (the staff forgot to send it to us). We wait for 2 hours to have it. For the check out jt took 30 minutes because nobody was at the reception.
but there is worse: you have to leave a deposit (higher than the price of the room ...): I paid by credit card and it had to be returned to me within 45 days. It's been over 80 days and I still haven't received anything despite dozens of messages: they are thieves!
