One of the best experiences of our life. The hotel staff was amazing and super nice. We were welcomed to wonderful surprises and treats. I cant say enough positive and good things. We can't wait to go back!

Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this property. Staff and service at the fitness center, hendricks bar, pool and beach was exceptional. Not so much at the lobby restaurant, where orders and overall service was a little slow.
Special thanks to the amazing concierge but especially to Mariana, Noor and Carlos with whom we interacted the most.
Even before we arrived and during our stay helped us with tours, restaurants, change of plans with they attentive and knowledgeable service.

If I could give it a higher number of stars, My wife and I have done a lot of traveling. We've stayed in all types of hotels. This by far, has been the best experience we've had.
We went with a toddler and a 6 yr old. The staff was super attentive not only to us but our kids as well. We arrived early on a red-eye flight. They were be able to get us a room early in the morning. The front desk staff would bring out different props/toys to cheer our kids up. The staff is constantly pampering you. The experience was so amazing, our oldest said that when we go back to Dubai, we have to stay there.
They have a kids club which both kids enjoyed. The pool area is very spacious and kids of all ages and swimming skills can enjoy. The food selection is amazing. I highly recommend it.
