Cute clean room with easy parking and super convenient to a bunch of local attractions. Only negative was that the bathtub was super dirty and the water was yellow. Maybe just part of being in the mountains?

Thanks for taking the time to review us. We will speak to housekeeping immediately regarding the bathtub. The water has high iron levels and sometimes has a yellow tint to it. It's completely safe, but we understand your concerns.

The room was clean, but the shower was lousy - very low water flow rate. The exhaust fan in the bath apparently didn't work, so I opened the bathroom window - which opened to the balcony of another room. The liquid soap dispenser in the shower barely dispensed. The bed sagged. We requested and paid for early check in, but the staff didn't know about it and the manager was elsewhere. The staff were nice; they simply didn't know they were supposed to make up a room early for us. The office was vacant. One nice thing: the AC/heater was quiet and worked well.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. We checked your reservation and show that you were in fact checked in at 12:50 pm, which is well before the normal check in time of 4pm. We also tested the water in your room and fan. Both were working very optimally. We assume you didn't pull the faucet out enough to have the water flow at full power. The liquid soap dispenser also works perfectly fine. You just have to push the pump to get it to come out.

We had to wait to check in because the staff had left the property to get dinner. When we called the number, we had to call 3-4 times before getting an answer. Also, a staff member unlocked our door and walked in on us an hour before check out. My girlfriend was changing at the time!

Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. Our check in is remote and you are messaged check in instructions as soon as your room is ready. We show you were messaged the check in instructions at 2:47pm. We also always knock before entering a room. Housekeeping staff doesn't start cleaning rooms until after the 11am check out time. We are sorry about that and will be sure to speak to them immediately.

The property was very cute and we enjoyed our stay. There could be a little bit of updates, but overall it was very charming and we would stay there again.

I liked that I got messages on my phone of when the room was ready, the room numbrs and the codes to get it. We needed Ice in the rooms so we called the front desk and it was delivered on our rooms before we even go there. Two dinning places in walking distance were great. We will return
