I love Jauya the hotel room was small but also charming we spent most lf the day out getting familiar with the aurroundings but we were back in the afternoon and it was very nice to walk around the city and dine . Also la calle de artisans had so much beautiful handmade things

This property is not well taken care of and looks abandoned. The pictures on the website do not accurately reflect the current state of the furniture and everything else. It looks like a motel not a hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food prepared by the hotel kitchen was very good. The hotel is in walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very secure and safe. Overall, this hotel was a great accommodation for a stay in Juayúa.

This place is a hidden little fortress that was SUCH a sweet surprise. The views are beautiful and the food is delicious! I will definitely be coming back here!!

Posted 10 Aug 2024 on HotelsBeautiful hotel, beautiful view of the city, great rooms, community spaces to connect with other guests or "friends" from the city. Staff is polite and friendly. Love the two cats hanging out at the checking in area.
Only dislike is patch of road leading up to hotel... not paved so bump and hard to walk

Staff is nice and helpful. Place is clean and quiet. Wonderful cats to pet around.
