"The Buenos Aires Marriott Hotel is truly a five star property with superb customer service, comfortable and quiet rooms, and the best location right on the iconic 9 de Julio Blvd. With easy access to many shops and restaurants such as the Confitería La Ideal in the San Nicolás neighborhood as well as tourist sites like the Obelisk (Obelisco) and the Colon Theatre (Teatro Colón), you can’t go wrong. From the moment we arrived, the friendly, knowledgeable staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Romina Pazos and others from the reception desk took time to share with us information regarding local dining options and even emailed a comprehensive list to me. This was a real team effort by all employees. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is great and the customer service is superb. But even more impressive are the hotel amenities, the most impressive, of course, are the amazing views you experience from the 23rd floor where there is even a heated pool and a gym. From the 23rd floor, you can also see most of 9 de Julio, the Colon Theatre and even the Atlantic Ocean. The view of sunset from Marriott’s 23rd floor is stunning! And on the first floor, there is a restaurant that offers a buffet breakfast with omelets to order, as well as lunch and dinner. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for business or pleasure as I saw businessmen and tourist groups as well. "
