Al llegar a la propiedad nos enteramos de que no se aceptaban pre-pagos a través de Expedía. Tomar en cuenta que no es posible pagar con tarjeta de crédito en la propiedad. Debe ser en efectivo. La habitación tenía un olor desagradable.
Atenciones del personal, especialmente en el restaurante fueron excelentes
Vistas de la propiedad son hermosas.

Saludos, gracias por su estadía. Como ya te explicamos, Expedia no hace prepago por el nuestro hotel. Lo sentimos por el mal holor en la habitación, pero el dia siguiente no lo encontramos. Seguramente fue por el techo de palma en esa habitación y la lluvia persistiente antes de tu llegada. Era posible pedir un cambio de habitación.

The entire trip for me was amazing. I loved the hospitality of the staff as well as all the perks of being close to the Quemaito beach. The food was amazing and the breakfast is like no other. I definitely recommend people go to this hotel because it definitely serves as an amazing place to stay no matter how long.

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in the property due to misinformation in expedia website. It was my understanding that the charge was paid by credit card. When I arrived at the property, I was told to pay i Dominican pesos which I didn't have. The property has not ATM nor card reader. I had to turn back, 3 hrs. I was very disappointed.

In the expedia website, if you check they write
"Important information
You need to know
The property only accepts cash"
Please the next time, when you make a reservation read better the information in the website, before to write a bad review about the hotel.
But for your information the hotel accepts Dominican pesos, American dollars and Euros.
