I like how big the rooms are in the AC works really well. The staff and management are very friendly

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean our room was. The young man at the front desk was really nice and always had a smile on his face. The young woman cleaning was also very nice and helpful.

Beds are horrible, very dirty
Posted 2 Aug 2024 on HotelsFirst my reservation was canceled, then they starting calling and texting me asking me why I wasn’t checked in. Then we got there I paid in cash she didn’t have any change. The beds are horrible and the room is filthy the bathroom door didn’t shut, the staff is non existent. Stood at the front desk 20 mins to get help and no one showed up.

Have a husband with disabilities they were giving me second floor no elevator they wanted him to walk on stairs he is on a walker terrible service I had called them for arrangements on room with disabilities I want my refund asap

Location was OK. TV worked, etc.
What I didn't like was that we had to ask for towels. There was supposed to be coffee and hot water for tea in the morning. There wasn't.
