"The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though."

"The place is amazing the staff the same and the way they treat the customer it is amazing. I will recommend to any body if they come to Lebanon have to visit La Princessa Hotel. The Pool in the roof top is increíble "
